- Full packing for a move within the EU means packing of all items that cannot go unpacked on the vehicle. All items will be packed using suitable cartons and materials. All items of furniture will be loaded using blankets.
- Unpacking refers to unpacking onto work services. Unpacking and placement into cabinets and the like is referred to as a 'Maid's Service' and is offered by some removals companies at additional cost.
- Own packing refers to items to be packed by the customer using their own packing materials and cartons, or those purchased from the remover.
